MY INTERESTS AND HOBBIES
Hello, my name is Millie and I'm 18 years old. I am passionate, friendly, reliable and respectful. I have recently just completed my a levels concluding of Art, Media Studies and Photography. I really enjoyed doing my a levels because they each included a different way of learning and they all link together in a creative manner. My main hobbies and interests include, Photography, Art, Cars, Travelling, Shopping, Planes, Gaming, Singing, Editing, Reading and Social Media.
MY SOCIAL MEDIA PAGE
Linked above is my photography based social media account on Instagram. I edit the photos using soft wares such as Pixlr editor or Adobe Photoshop. I do this as a hobby in my spare time which I really enjoy because I photograph a variety of different cars so that they're not always repetitive.
EXAMPLE OF MY PHOTOGRAPHY EDITING WORK
I edited the main background by adjusting the brightness and darkening the shadows. Below you can see the before and after photo. I enjoy editing photos because you can see photos from all different perspectives and its a creative way of amending images to make them look more appealing and stand out. I decided to include this photo as the background because it represents the background to my life which includes my passion.

WHY DID I CHOOSE DIGITAL MARKETING?
I chose digital marketing because you can be creative and expressive within your ideas. I like the idea of sharing opinions and working as a team, as well as the idea of creating content to meet a specific target audience. I think the importance of meeting a specific audience is that you're aiming a set product/advertisement towards them and they will be the main people seeing it. The content within it is also relatable to them and appropriate. I am inclined towards marketing and technology, meaning digital marketing can give me the opportunity to explore both. Digital Marketing has a great outlook towards the future and has done in the past too and that's why I wish to pursue a career in it.
WHY DID I CHOOSE AN APPRENTICESHIP?
I chose an apprenticeship because you can get straight into the working experience/job environment. I can also begin the specific job I want to do rather than going through further education, as well as getting paid whilst learning and having fun. I'm keen on learning new skills and producing my work towards a set audience. When being in a apprenticeship it means I'll be able to work within an industry I'm passionate about.
MY SKILLS

With Adobe Photoshop I used this to edit photos for my photography work. I am very confident on this as I have experimented with a lot of different techniques these include, the dodge and burn tool as well as layering. Furthermore I have created posters/advertisements. With Adobe Premier Pro I practiced with the DSLR camera making videos then further edited them on Premier Pro. On You Tube I used to make videos such as challenges. And I used Wix within my media studies coursework by creating a website based on a set topic. I experimented by layering different texts and creating different fonts.
WORK EXPERIENCE
I have customer service experience from working at Tesco as a Customer Assistant and Home Bargains as a Store Assistant. These jobs enabled me to engage with my team and customers, making sure I'm meeting their needs and making everyone feel welcome. I was required to be reliable and responsible working at a quick pace and responding to tasks which needed to be completed to my best ability. From working in retail I have great fast learning and communication skills.
WHERE DO I SEE MYSELF IN 5 YEARS TIME?
In 5 years time I hope to see myself in a full time job based around Digital Marketing potentially as an executive. I want to do this because you are still continuing to learn and have further skills from the apprenticeship. It can also help with my personal and social skills even more.
